Parenting Support that Caters to Your Parenting Journey

Parenting is one of life's greatest adventures, but it can also be a source of immense overwhelm. I understand how isolating and exhausting it can feel, especially when you're navigating unique challenges. My parenting course, groups, and support programs are designed to provide a supportive space where you can find clarity and confidence, whether you're navigating the everyday struggles of raising kids, the specific complexities of parenting a neurodivergent child(opens in new tab), or your own journey as a neurodivergent parent.

A Different Kind of Parenting Support

You've probably read all the books and gotten all the advice, but what happens when it doesn't quite fit your family? My parenting course, groups, and support programs go beyond one-size-fits-all strategies. I provide a judgment-free zone where you can learn practical, evidence-based tools tailored to your family's unique needs.

We'll explore new ways to:

  • Improve communication and deepen your bond.
  • Manage big emotions—both yours and your child's.
  • Understand Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) profiles and how to prevent and respond to PDA responses.
  • Build a compassionate and resilient family that thrives on connection, not control.

I believe in empowering you with the knowledge and self-compassion you need to parent in a way that feels authentic and effective.

Why is providing specialized parenting support so important to me? My real life experiences have completely reshaped how I view children's behaviors and parenting responses. I have transformed my own family's experiences through continued education, training, and a lot of soul-searching and personal reflection. I want to help other parents overcome their own challenges and transform their relationships with their children.

Individual Parenting Support

Looking for more individualized support? I work with parentings 1:1 to provide a personalized roadmap designed to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling confident. I provide the practical tools and one-on-one guidance you need to navigate your family's unique challenges, whether you're dealing with everyday stress, supporting a  neurodivergent child, and/or are neurodivergent yourself.

Individual support can take the form of individual therapy sessions or parenting intensives. My goal is to provide the type and amount of support that feels comfortable and relevant for you.

Parenting Support Groups

My strategies and support groups for parents of neurodivergent children are designed to help parents connect with other parents who are navigating the challenges of raising a neurodivergent child. Groups meet weekly either in-person in Coral Springs or virtually to learn new "connection-first" strategies and provide support to other group members.

The Parenting Compass Intensive

The Parenting Compass Intensive is a concentrated, highly personalized psychological intervention designed to help parents and caregivers step out of the cycle, understand what's driving their child's challenges, and develop a practical path forward. Instead of trying one new strategy each week, we'll have dedicated time to look at the bigger picture, connect the dots, practice new approaches, and build a comprehensive plan specifically for your child, your family, and your real life.

This intensive program is a short-term, concentrated psychological intervention for parents and caregivers who want individualized help addressing specific challenges within their family. Intensives typically take place over one to three days, with the amount of time determined by your family's needs and goals.

You'll leave with more than information. You'll leave knowing what to do next.
