Fees, Payment Options, & Insurance
Therapy & Consultations
Standard individual therapy sessions are 45-50 minutes and are $250/hour.
Group therapy sessions are 50-60 minutes and are $49/session.
Consultations are available to schools, business, and families at $250/hour. Packages can be customized based on individual need.
Testing/Evaluations - Tier 1
All Tier 1 evaluations include a comprehensive written report detailing all test results, interpretations, diagnoses (if applicable), and recommendations.
- Gifted/Intellectual Testing $600
- Academic Progress Evaluation (typically offered for homeschooled families) $600
- Intellectual and Academic Progress Combined Evaluation $1000
- Risk Assessment $1200
- Psychoeducational Evaluation $4200*
- Neurodiversity Assessment for Autism and/or ADHD $2500*
- General Mental Health/Social-Emotional Assessment $1500*
- Assessment for High-Stakes Testing Accommodations $4200*
* These evaluations include one 1-hour parent or client interview, all testing (1 to 8 hours depending on the type/scope of testing), consultation with teachers or other providers, one 1-hour feedback session, and a comprehensive written report detailing results and recommendations. Additional interviews, feedback sessions, and post-assessment consultations are available at a rate of $250/hour.
Testing/Evaluations - Tier 2
Many of the above evaluations are offered at a reduced rate without the comprehensive written report or feedback session. If a comprehensive written report is not needed for school, work, or other purposes, these Tier 2 evaluations are offered. In place of a comprehensive report and feedback session, a brief letter is offered that summarizes strengths and challenges, provides diagnoses (if applicable), and offers resources for support.

Speaking Engagements
Complimentary teacher and parent workshops are offered to schools in the South Florida area as a service to the community. Contact Dr. Lauren to request a workshop.
Dr. Lauren is available for other speaking engagements locally in South Florida or virtually nationwide. Fees start at $500+ and depend on audience size, customization of topic, format (in-person or virtual), travel requirements, and length of presentation. Contact Dr. Lauren with your needs and budget.
Payment Options
- Credit, Debit, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
- Dr. Lauren is Direct Pay Provider for the Florida Step-Up Scholarship program. Reserve funds directly in your child's EMA account.
- COMING SOON! Payment plans for testing are available through Care Credit.
- Superbills are provided upon request for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.
Insurance
Gold Psych Services is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Fees are paid directly by client or their responsible party. For clients with out-of-network benefits, Dr. Lauren will provide a superbill upon request, which is the document needed to file for potential reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. The client/policyholder/responsible party is solely responsible for obtaining any authorizations, pre-certifications, or follow-up required.
Why I have chosen not to work with insurance:
I’ve chosen not to work directly with insurance companies so that I can provide care that is thoughtful, individualized, and focused on what is truly best for each individual client, child, and family. Insurance companies often place limits on the types of services that can be provided, how long sessions can last, and what diagnoses must be used for reimbursement. By working outside of insurance, I’m able to spend the time needed to conduct thorough evaluations, tailor recommendations to your or your child’s unique profile, and focus on support rather than paperwork and restrictions. Many families also appreciate the added privacy this approach provides, since their records, or those of their child, and diagnoses are not shared with an insurance company.
